Chain Protection Services is an un-armed protection services/security guarding company founded in 2014. We have launched ourselves into the Security Industry as Ntuthuko Trading and Projects (PTY) LTD trading as Chain Protection Services bearing registration number 2014/016601/07 and is VAT and Tax registered. Our Company is proudly a Level One, 135% BEE-Compliant Company and is registered with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) bearing Registration Number 2502293. We pride ourselves in being a 100% Black female owned Company and are committed to empowering and encouraging previously disadvantaged communities and women.

Our leadership and staff are equipped and trained to offer, identify and satisfy the individual security and safety needs and requirements specific to the individual needs of the company or organisation.
Our Staff
The Company is currently managed by a competent staff compliment comprising of the Director, the Shareholder/Operations Manager, an Office Administrator and a dispute resolution/human resource manager.
Thembi Khumalo
Director
Director is also our Managing Director and owner of the Company. She is experienced and well trained in the industry and has had exposure to the industry for many years. Our Company is unique in that our Director also has the experience of conducting basic security administration, supervision and operations. Our Director also has security guarding qualifications and is currently obtaining her qualification in Human Resource Management.
Jerome Cele
Operations Manager
The Operations manager of our Company has over 30 years of experience in the security industry beginning in Telkom and for the past 26 years culminating at Hulamin Protection Services. He is a weighbridge specialist who has a vast knowledge of the weighbridge programmes and determining the root causes of discrepancies. He will be actively involved on the conducting of investigations into weighbridge variances and problem solving. He is proficient in Alco testing and the compiling of dockets. Our operations manager will be conducting the training and outsourcing of the guards.
Renell Solomon
Human Resource Manager/Admin Officer
This administrator is the newest member of our team. She has vast knowledge of the management of the administration of our Company and staff functions. With a legal qualification, she is very instrumental in the perusal of contracts and legal documentation, as well as dispute resolution. Her primary role will be administrative in nature and she will also be the direct contact with the Client

Secretarial / Reception
Our secretary/receptionist is the friendly face and voice who you will meet when visiting/calling at our offices at 247 Boom Street.
Wiseman Duma
Site Manager
Our site Manager has many years of experience and expertise in the day to day running and functions of each site. He is well versed in policies and procedures and has an excellent relationship with our clients and guards.
